Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two convenient shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal for secure checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Sport Sphere purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return or exchange it within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Original proof of purchase must be included

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Personal protective equipment (e.g., boxing mouthguards)
  • Swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items marked as “final sale” or “clearance”

Returns Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service at [email protected] with your order number and item details
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags and accessories
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to our returns center:

  5. Receive Refund/Exchange: We’ll process within 5 business days after receiving and inspecting your return

Important: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color?

  • Follow the standard return process above
  • Clearly indicate in your email that you want an exchange and specify your preferred replacement
  • Price differences will be adjusted (you’ll pay more or receive a refund for the difference)

Refund Information

Refunds are processed to your original payment method:

  • Processing time: 5-10 business days after we receive your return
  • Credit/debit cards: May take 3-5 additional business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: Typically processed within 24 hours

The original shipping fee is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. International refunds will be processed in GBP and may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged item:

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost
