Our returns policy is designed with our active lifestyle customers in mind – from fitness enthusiasts preparing their gym gear to parents shopping for kids’ sports accessories. Whether you’ve purchased boxing equipment, football gear, or outdoor exploration essentials, we’ve made our returns process as simple as possible.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached
  • It must be returned within 15 days of delivery
  • The original proof of purchase must be included

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personal protective equipment (e.g., boxing mouthguards)
  • Swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items marked as “final sale” or “clearance”

Returns Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns center at:

    Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

  5. Receive Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color of the same item:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Clearly indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify your preferred replacement item
  3. If the replacement item is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference
  4. If it’s less expensive, we’ll refund the difference

Refund Information

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive your return. Please note:

  • Credit/debit card refunds may take 3-5 additional business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal refunds are typically processed within 24 hours
  • The original shipping fee is non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  2. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you

International Returns

For customers outside the UK:
