The multipurpose design combines versatility with stability and longevity so you can stay focused on whatever the task at hand is. The flat base is wide at the heel to give a stable base for squats and other lifts, with overlays around the front and back of the foot for a snug fit when you tighten the laces. Soft foam cushions your foot for a comfortable feel, with extra cushioning to the sides to prepare for those lateral moves. 
• Rubber outsole gives excellent traction on a variety of surfaces – it’s thicker under the heel for stability, and thinner in the front for flexibility
